Security personnel are deployed throughout the venue; entry and exit points are monitored using screening protocols; CCTV and surveillance systems are in place; and emergency response teams (including medical staff) are on standby. We provide secure shuttle transfers between the airport, official event hotels, and the main venue. For guests staying elsewhere, we offer discounted rates with our verified transport partners. On request, security-escorted vehicles are available for evening or VIP movements.
